BEAUTIFUL COPY!!! VINTAGE ORIGINAL 1988 GUNS N' ROSES "LIES" 1ST PRESSING LP VINYL RECORD WITH BANNED COVER.
THIS IS AN AUTHENTIC U.S. PRESSING; THIS IS NOT A REISSUE, AN IMPORT, OR A COUNTERFEIT PRESSING.
CLEAN WEAR-FREE LABELS.
INCLUDES ORIGINAL INNER SLEEVE.
DMM PRESSING ‘STERLING’.
THIS IS THE FIRST U.S. PRESSING FROM 1988 WHICH INCLUDES WORDING THAT SUBSEQUENTLY MADE THE RECORD COMPANY GET RID OF THESE PRESSINGS AND RELEASE A NEW SIMILAR LOOKING COVER WITHOUT THE OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE.
THE US FIRST EDITION INNER SLEEVE WAS CENSORED WITH A BLACK BAR ACROSS A NUDE. THE ORIGINAL COVER READS "Wife-beating has been around for 10,000 years" (later replaced by "LIES! LIES! LIES!") ON THE LOWER LEFT HAND SIDE, AND RIGHT MIDDLE READS "Ladies, welcome to the dark ages" IN UPPER/MIDDLE RIGHT (later replaced by "Elephant gives birth to midget".)
Both first/uncensored and second/censored cover editions were assembled from the same Direct Metal Mastering (DMM) platter pressing by Specialty Records Corporation. "E A S T" is embossed around the center hole.

THE VINYL IS SUPER CLEAN, GLOSSY AND LOOKS NEVER PLAYED. NO MARKS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND. CLEAN LABELS. (NM)
THE COVER IS EX FOR ONLY SOME LIGHT RING WEAR. NO SEAM SPLITS. NO WRITING. NO CREASING. ALSO THE SPINE IS SOLID AND CLEAN.
