Factory sealed original (shrink has center peelable seam in back). Has sticker on front which reads: "Includes The Hit Single "Sweet Child O' Mine" Also "Welcome To The Jungle" As Featured in The Dead Pool etc, etc. No notch cuts, punch holes. Very small tear in shrink at bottom with tiny tear in cover corresponding. Original Robert Williams art.
