This record is in excellent condition. It has very faint spindle marks visible on the labels but no pen marks, scuffs or any other damage such as stains or fading. The centres are not loose or worn and overall the labels are clean, bright and in nice condition.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are very clean with a lovely lustre and nothing at all serious or major showing. There is the odd most minor faint line or minor mark in places showing when angled or when searched for but nothing at all extreme. Overall the vinyl is in nice condition with light signs of use but nothing at all serious. It would easily grade as 'EX' visually.
I play tested the record and it played well overall with no serious issues or major/loud interference. It lays perfectly flat on the deck and there is no movement in the record arm during play. The audio of course has no skips, sticks or loud severely disruptive tics and overall there is little to no surface noise or 'crackling'. Side 2 plays the cleaner of the two sides with solid EX+ grade audio throughout. There is the odd light noise or splutter but nothing at all major.
Side 1 however has some light periods of interference, or very faint tics. The audio on each side is incredibly mellow in a lot of this lp and so any issues that are there will sound. In this case the lp has some very slight tics audible in the opening stages. I also noted some halfway into track 1, with a few more around 1 minute later. So the first half of side 1 has occasional very, very light tics in places. These can only be heard in the most mellow and near silent parts and of course any audio with any volume at all is clear, punchy and sounds great. The seconds half of side 2 plays well with audio similar to side 2.
So overall a very clean album visually but one that also has incredibly mellow audio. It is grade as 'EX' due to a few periods of incredibly light tics in the first half of side 1. Other than these there is no serious interference at all and overall it is still a very enjoyable listen. It has been graded on a good quality deck fitted with a revealing SME 3009 Arm/Cartridge etc.
It includes its original plain white inner which is in excellent+ condition. This has no splits, tears or pen marks and only minor creasing and slight ring marks.
It also contains its original insert. This has no major issues with just light creasing and minor signs of handling.
