About This Record.  This is a really cool copy of The Jimi Hendrix Experience's LP entitled Are You Experienced from 1967 on the rarely seen and often-believed not to exist black reprise Canadian Steamboat label.  Not a keeper copy but vinyl plays strong and front cover presents well.  

I'm so sorry to have raised my initial starting price, but given the rare-ity of this item, I'll be raising the starting bid until someone bids or nobody buys it as I have to plan my eBay vinyl purchases and this is something I normally would not sell, as I paid much more for this many years ago, and it ends slightly before other expensive items I want to buy end at auction on eBay.  I don't know if I can buy them unless I sell this, so just my head's up.  Naturally, if I lose my item, I will probably take this off auction as there would be no reason to sell it for the time being.

I have sold thousands of LPs (sadly) from my personal collection, and rarely am so bold about my starting price, so I hope you understand and I know my vinyl friends do.

Cover Condition:  Good.  There is about an 8 inch split in bottom seam, 4 inch split in top seam, tear on back cover, corner wear and such Pretty light ring wear as these things go, so the front cover presents very well.(see photo).

Vinyl Condition:  Vinyl looks G+ or so, but plays STRONG VG to VG+ with many EX moments but there is definitely notiveable background noise between the tracks.  There are a few scarey stylus marks or scuffs, but there are no skips, no sticks, etc.  A true trooper. 

Inserts: Comes with original factory plain paper innersleeve, but also in new innersleeve after cleaning.

Labels:  VG+ to EX-  Noticeable spindle marks around the spindle hole, but no tears or writing on the precious black steamboat Canadian Reprise labels. (see photos)).

Packaging.  I clean all vinyl on my V.P.I. Record Cleaning Machine and place it in a new innersleeve so the old dust does not reattach; but I also include the innersleeve that came with the LP if it is the original.  I separate the vinyl in its new sleeve after cleaning from the cover, and place the cover and the separately packed vinyl in at least one if not two plastic innersleeves that help protect against moisture damage during this cool records transition to your record collection.  I use sturdy carboard containers with real corners and pack with at least one insert stiffener, and I place neon stickers on the front and back of the package indicating “Do Not Bend” and “Fragile” to help facilitate a safe passage.

About Me.  I have been a Record Collector for Decades.  I bought this many years ago during my travels and have kept it well-preserved in plastic sleeves and vinyl separated outside the cover.
