Gabor Szabo Bacchanal VInyl LP Original Pressing Skye Records SK-3 Gatefold By the time he was doing these albums for Skye Records, he was deeply addicted to heroin. Apparently, it did not affect his playing. The songs are wonderfully played; and his selection of what to play and what he considered to be "jazz" was groundbreaking. Lennon & McCartney are jazz? Yeah, according to the Gypsy guitarist who said his favorite guitar players when he was young included Gene Autry and the singing cowboys in the movies. Lennon & McCartney wrote jazz standards.
