Enjoy listening to "Both Sides" and grade the record's playback for yourself. The record still plays and sounds VERY GOOD even though it looks a little rough! With labels that have slight wear and lightly stained as seen in the picture.

This is the first of about 6 records that Don Jobe And The Ghosters cut between 1965 - 1969 all on indie labels. They were from Benton Harbor, Michigan and created quite a teen following in the Southern Michigan, Indiana, and Illinois areas as their records were played on the WLS radio station and some of the other local Michigan stations. Most of the recorded material was written by Don Jobe, but they were mostly a live cover band that played the teen circuit around the Benton Harbor area at events- a lot of them hosted by WLS Chicago DJ's. They had a huge following in that 3-state area for about 6 years. This is the only record on this little Chicago label and a rare find. After not getting much money from their first recording effort, they created their own "Ghost" label for their next 5 records. No other artist ever recorded on the "Ghost" label. The record is very rare. I made a homemade picture sleeve insert from a photograph (Probably copyrighted material). Just a hobby- but it goes with the record and makes a nice combination record and sleeve. Incidently, I noticed a 1969 Ghosters record on their "Ghost" label posted on EBAY elsewhere- just in case you are interested in that one also!
Their records are pretty much "Ghosters", literally, by now and are all very good garage music and rare indeed!
