Out-Of-Print/Limited Edition double LP compilation titled "Saigon Rock & Soul: Vietnamese Classic Tracks 1968-1974" released by Sublime Frequencies (SF060LP) in 2010. Sensational collection of pop music from war-torn Vietnam where local musicians emulated the music coming from the West as they often were entertaining visiting soldiers and absorbing the sounds that came to their land via the war. The 17 tracks were mastered from scarce 45's and uncovered tapes from bands that were blasting fuzz-drenched garage and acid rock as well as funk and soul balladry all sung in the Vietnamese language giving this collection its unique perspective. This double slab of amazing sounds comes housed in a full-color, heavy cardboard gatefold jacket with excellent liner notes. Another treasure trove of historical relics from our favorite era in music!

All labels are in NEAR MINT condition. Both vinyl records are in NEAR MINT condition with new-like luster and play with very little, light extraneous surface noises...sounds great!
