Description
This is a very nice copy of Gary Karr’s audiophile favorite “Adagio d’Albinoni” as issued by King Record Company of Japan (catalogue number KIJC 9125 - Firebird). I bought this record new and it did not come with an OBI. The record is very clean but has a few minor scuffs at the beginning of side one and side two. The record however, plays with minimal surface noise and has excellent sound. It has been cleaned it with a VPI record cleaner and demagnetized with a Furutech DeMag. The cover is in excellent condition with no bends or seam splits and comes in its original heavy plastic bag. The works on the album are all for Double Bass and Organ (played by Harmon Lewis). The selections include: Albinoni: Adagio in G minor; Beethoven: Sonatina; Franck: Piece no. 5; Handel: Sonata No. 9 in B minor; Bach/Gounod: Ave Maria. All titles are arranged by Gary Karr. Multiple LPs can be combined in a shipment to save shipping costs.
