Offered here is a new, still sealed copy of the 1982 Gary Numan compilation ‘New Man Numan: The Best of Gary Numan’, released by TV Records, in association with Beggars Banquet, in 1982.
This unique compilation features tracks from all Tubeway Army and Gary Numan albums up to 1982, as well as a rare Paul Gardiner track which featured Gary Numan, and one track from Gary Numan and Dramaris. (See second picture for the full track listing.)
This original UK release was found sealed in a U.S. record store, with a price sticker, probably sealed by the importer, as this looser outer plastic was quite prevalent on records imported into US record stores in the early 1980’s. As this album was released for the UK market specifically, it likely was not often found sealed, but this copy certainly is! A true rarity, and a must-have for the ultimate Gary Numan completist.
