Gary Numan: Scarred Live At Brixton Academy White Coloured Vinyl 2 x LP. Limited edition, reissue, gatefold sleeve. 2023 Worldwide release. 180g.
Brand new. Sealed. Only selling due to owning duplicate.
This was technically not a brand-new Worldwide release in 2023, it had actually been released a couple of years prior and it is an identical repress! So when I was led to believe it was being released as a reissue in early 2023, I jumped at the chance, only to find out it was white vinyl again (that got me confused straight, away since it was already available on clear and white vinyl) & upon arrival (plus comparisons with people who had unpackaged theirs) found it identical to the one I already owned!
Unfortunately, then somebody on Discogs decided to merge the original white vinyl release, with the 2023 white vinyl repress, removing all information of when it was released previously, most seemed to agree this was the correct thing to do and got very argumentative with me. I explained that I do not come from the future. I have proof that definitely owned this in 2022, a few others also agreed that they had it before 2023 and yes it is identical, but unfortunately the merge still went ahead and all the sales information from it vanished- so it’s hard to prove when it was actually released originally, but I owned my original open one in 2022 for sure.
That is not the one I am selling. I am selling the fully sealed worldwide 2023 release. I have just given some examples of what the discs and labels look like opened, in the photos, but I assure you this is not open.
(Perhaps the original one was only released UK or across Europe, but still, it was a bit of a scam really because it was not a new release at all, possibly just repressed to sell over a wider location, instead of limited location, sadly due to the Discogs situation, we will never know now, but no matter what I don’t need two!)
£3.45, Royal Mail 48 trackable for UK customers, outside the UK priced at £10 Worldwide, which will include Royal Mail tracking. Depending on the date/time of purchase, I can post the same day as I live next to a post office, although unfortunately it does not open on Saturdays anymore. I live within driving distance of six others. Also if purchased on a Sunday, I can also arrange to send fully trackable & insured via Evri, or yodel using the Parcel2Go system, (I usually use Yodel) it is totally your choice to pick either option, even if it is not a Sunday, I am quite happy to use this option too, the choice is yours.
