Hello collectors..and welcome to my little corner of the “Bay”,..where you never know what might turn up :)
Up for your consideration is the beloved Christmas classic by none other than miss Gayla Peevey, age 10, from 1953 on Columbia Records: “I want a Hippopotamus for Christmas” 7inch 45 rpm. The vinyl is in Excellent shape, with some light marks with no depth that don’t affect play. The Audio sounds amazing..barely played. The labels are crisp with almost no sign of use. In a word..this vintage 45 single is gorgeous, a true archive copy! Hard to find another copy this nice. Better snap this one up while you still can :)
