Ludwig van Beethoven: Cello Sonatas Nos. 2 & 3
Performed by Maurice Gendron and Jean Francais.
German Ed1 Telefunken mono pressing with purple & silver labels.
Article-no.: LE 6521. German issue of the Ducretet Thomson recording from the 50s.

Condition Cover: VG+ to EX. Thin stitched and fully laminated sleeve with top insert. Rather light general wear

Condition Vinyl: VG+ to EX. Very well preserved copy with superficial wiping-marks from the rough plastic innersleeve.
Surface-noises are a bit more distinct in this spot, towards the end 6 consecutive loud tics are audible. The rest of the LP plays great with some
subdued surface-noises audible in the quieter passages.
Audio is better when a low compliance MC cartridge is used and should further improve with a proper mono pick-up.

A note about my record-grading:
I usually only visually grade the LPs under strong light and I only playgrade them ( i.e. the portions that seem to have signs of usage), if I can't be sure of their actual condition.
If records show stronger signs of soiling I'll professionally clean them (Okki Nokki RCM), but I'm not doing this if it's obviously only dust, as I know that collectors usually prefer their
very own way of record-cleaning.
My goal is to always decribe the records appropriately and I will name every visible and/or audible defect in my detailed description. If regardless of my precautions
you should ever be dissatisfied with the condition of a record, please contact me before leaving negative or neutral feedback to give me the chance to resolve your query.
I'm confident, however, that this will hardly ever be the case. I've been selling records for many years now and so far complaints fortunately have been the utter exception!
