Description

This is Prestige Records PRLP 7257, Gene Ammons Bad Bossa Nova, a yellow, Bergenfield NJ label, original mono issue of this fine recording with Van Gelder stamped in the dead wax. The record is in VG++ condition showing some light sleeve marks and pressing discolorations  that do not affect the play. The record plays quietly throughout. The textured cover is excellent and intact. The labels are excellent with no spindle marks. The record was played on a Linn Sondek LP12 in mono mode and cleaned on a VPI 17. This is an excellent collector's grade copy of this wonderful sounding original mono issue. This is part of my personal collection that I will be selling (slowly) over the next few months and years.
