The Record is VG+, nice copy, I played the entire LP.  It has very light surface noise, does not skip or tick.  It has some light blemishes, scuffs which does not interfere with play 
The Cover is great for it's age.  Front is laminated.  It has lightly worn corners the worst one being the bottom right Sticker residue on top front and back, no splits
