This is  THE SOULFUL MOODS OF GENE AMMONS 

by  GENE AMMONS,  a  TEST PRESSING  sealed and 

in beautiful condition.  The label is unknown as is the exact date.  

This piece never made it past the test pressing stage; for some 

reason the label ceased production at the last minute. No one knows

how many copies were manufactured and no one knows how many 

escaped the in-house destruction. This one made it out alive and 

we may give thanks for the sound quality is beyond anything this 

listener has enountered in more than 50 years. Obviously, this LP

rates our highest, most passionate recommendation.
