Record Grading Scale (VISUAL ONLY - NOT PLAY GRADED)
Mint - Virtually Brand New minus the plastic
Near Mint - As close to mint as possible without being mint (maybe a super small hairline or two)
VG++ - Very good condition that looks very clean but might have a few superficial marks
VG+ - Overall nice condition with some feel able and non feel able marks
VG - Feel able marks, superficial marks and other noted issues
Good - Playable with lots of noise, feel able marks, superficial marks
Poor - Technically playable with lots of everything, worst condition possible without being thrown out. ___________________________________________________________________________________

Record: VG+/VG++ (some superficial marks and 1-2 light feelable marks, might play with some bg noise here and there but overall very clean, these mono Prestige records play very well as is and this should be an excellent listen overall, very RARE in this condition)
Jacket: VG++ (Few marks, slight ringwear, 1 1/2" seam rip on top seam in middle, killer shine and VERY VERY clean overall, slight laminate peel at top center on front (see photos)
NOTES: "RVG" stamp in deadwax, 1st US MONO Press, 50th St NYC address on Prestige Fireworks labels, Ultrasonic Cleaned, RARE RARE RARE!!! ___________________________________________________________________________________
