Gene Chandler ~ The Duke of Earl
ULTRA RARE Original 1962 Vee Jay SR 1040 Stereo Pressing. The label is black with a rainbow edge and the logo is boarded by a red oval with the treble clef in the center. The important stereo notice is on the back of the sleeve at the top and the address on the bottom does not have a zip code (see pictures)
Record is VG+/VG with light markings that will not effect audio quality and a few markings that will slightly effect audio quality but will not skip or overpower the record; Sleeve is VG-/G with some ringwear on the front, light ringwear on the back, some water damage to the sleeve on the front and back at the bottom, some peeling of the cover on the front at the bottom, the bottom seam is completely split, there is about a 4.5" split on the top seam starting at the opening, wear on the corners, and the spine can be read.
