Alas, there is no original inner sleeve.

Please see pics for condition of sleeve - there is a sticker removal mark top right and a (light) crease over the LAR of CLARK. I’d grade this overall as VG+ for its age.

The disc is a strong EX. Some would say NM - but I always err on the side of caution - especially in older records.
