GENE VINCENT - High blood pressure/Crazy beat Capitol CL 15307 with Company sleeve CONDITION: EX - NM Some more crazy, genuine, rock 'n' roll from US favourite Gene Vincent. An lucky young man, he first shattered his leg in a motorcycle accident which left him unable to walk properly and in constant pain (when you see his act, wonder how he did it!) and was then further injured in the car crash near Chippenham, Wiltshire which killed Eddie Cochran. Vincent staggered on through the Sixties and early Seventies before becoming ill again. He died from a ruptured stomach ulcer at his father's home in 1971. A great performer whose time on earth was far too short. R.I.P.
