Gene Vincent & The Shouts - Shakin' Up A Storm
(Columbia 33SX 1646 UK LP 1964)
This is a UK original Mono LP pressing. It has a front laminated flipback sleeve. It comes with its original tracing-paper lined "Emitex" inner sleeve. This is in very nice condition.
The record is pressed on thick vinyl & has 1st press -1N/ -1N matrix stampers. It has black & blue Columbia labels. They have the "Columbia Gramophone Co..", "Sold in UK..." & "Recording First..." texts. A great mid 1960's Beat/ Rock N Roll LP from Gene. A genuine UK 1st pressing.
Sleeve: There is 4 cm at the front sleeve opening. There is some mild stain on the rear also. VG condition.
Vinyl: Mild to moderate sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light. There are a couple of light marks too. One mark does cause a few light clicks. VG- condition. The labels are nice and clean & show mild spindle wear. Plays very well overall. There is some very light crackle in some quieter places.
Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).
Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).
Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.50 to £7.75 (depending on weight). Add £1.25 for each additional LP up to 2kg.
Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £7.75 to £11.25 (depending on weight). Add £2 for each additional LP up to 2kg.
Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £30. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
