Genesis - Foxtrot

 

UK 1st press on the Charisma “large hatter” label with 1U/1U matrix and Porky/Pecko etchings in the run out deadwax.

 

UK 1st press cover with the limited run of RED text on the spine. 

 

Charisma “large hatter” label with B&C Records credit on the bottom of the label rim

 

Released in 1972.

Un-laminated heavyweight lightly textured card gatefold cover by E J Day Group of London and Bedford with the B&C Records credit noted on the bottom inner gatefold. Graded VG+/EX-

 

Mastered by, and lacquer cut by, the legendary George Peckham, he is famous for his work with Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple and Genesis amongst others. He uses various etchings including the Porky and Pecko ones in the run out deadwax detailed below. His work is sought after by collectors due the quality of the vinyl pressing.

 

The UK 1st press heavyweight vinyl is in very good condition with jet black shiny surfaces, this vinyl has had very little play. Graded VG+
