Unbelievably rare! First of all, the picture sleeve is difficult enough to get with the very common green label version of the record. But to have the BLUE label WITH the picture sleeve is virtually unseen! 
I am, myself, a Genesis collector, and another renowned collector (not me!) did some investigation work into this record. From his discussions with Charisma records reps, there is a belief that only around TWELVE of these blue label copies exist!! Considering only 7 blue label copies have been sold on eBay in the last 12 years (and a couple of these were the same copy selling twice!) that number might be somewhat accurate! 
Another anomaly, is that the blue version ALWAYS has the large hole, whereas almost all green label versions have a solid centre. So it can't be as simple as a few were simply incorrectly pressed on the same line. The other 'theory' is that it was made for jukeboxes, but there is NO jukebox verbiage on the label, nor have any ever surfaced from an actual jukebox. 
Finally, this comes FOR THE FIRST TIME on eBay, with the very, very limited picture sleeve. Even with the extremely common green label, this picture sleeve is elusive.
The sleeve is in excellent condition with no seam or side splits. It does have a sticker mark top left, and evidence of ring wear (see pics). The vinyl is NM (some would grade as M) on one side, and has just a light half inch scratch at 3 o'clock on the B side. Otherwise the B side has no other visible flaws. A super example of this rarity.
Seriously, this might be your only chance to own this ultra rare record with the very hard to find picture sleeve.
