Description
Fabulous 2nd pressing copy of Genesis’ classic 3rd album, dating from 1971. Still with the B&C credits on the label and the original heavily textured sleeve, I would guess that this example dates from around 1972/3. I would think that the record has only been played a couple of times at the very most. Matrices are A-1U/B-2U, with ‘HILTOP’ etched on the dead wax on Side 1.
Sleeve Ex+ Textured on the outside. In really super condition throughout. Just some light rubbing here and there, and some light 'dinks' to the corners.
Labels NM Pretty much like new. I can only see 2 spindle traces with a magnifying glass!
Inner Ex Original plain white paper sleeve. Very light handling wear and wrinkling.
Record Visually Near Mint, superb as-new shine to the vinyl. I really cannot see any marks even under a strong light. Fully play-tested and I can confirm that the audio is at least Excellent. Clear, powerful and well-defined sound throughout with absolutely minimal crackle. A great listen!
