Time for my old albums to go, as I sold the turntable back in the 90’s!
This is a very rare, first pressing of Gentle Giant’s “Octopus”, with Vertigo’s black/white “swirl” label.
I’ll describe the condition as honestly as I can, in terms I would expect if I was buying it.
This was one of my favourite albums…it’s been played and it’s over 40 years old!
Outer Sleeve; Very good, inside and out. No stains, cuts of tears, just some minor wear from being against other albums. The spine is undamaged.
Vinyl; I’d say Excellent. I can’t see any major imperfections, scratches or marks. I played it on a mate’s turntable before listing, and it played fine with no jumping or significant hissing.
Inner Sleeve; A white sleeve. It’s worn and slightly faded but not damaged.
This is a very rare album, and the starting price reflects the condition.
