Description

Here is an odd ball item, perfect for a dealer in music memorabilia. A copy of the 3rd edition of the New Rock Record, by Terry Hounsome. This is in effect a detailed discography of rock, pop, soul etc artist by artist in alphabetical order. What makes this particular copy so interesting is that many important artists have signed over their particular entry and discography. Artists include: Nick Cave; Peter Cetera; Chris Farlowe; Victor Feldman; Aretha Franklin; Genesis (Gabriel; Hackett; Phil Collins); Go West (!!); Gong; Al Green; Stefan Grossman; Steve Howe; The Jacksons (4 of the brothers incl. Michael Jackson); Elton John; Joy Division (Peter Hook?); BB King; John Kongos; Jerry Lee Lewis; Status Quo (Francis Rossi); Steamhammer; Link Wray. There are also numerous autographs at the front and rear of the book, including Ozzy Osbourne, Axl Rose; Rick Parfitt and others. I have placed a reasonable reserve on this as some of the signatures are scarce ones and quite valuable.
