The reality of international shipping rates is that the record really has to be rare in YOUR country for it to make sense for you to bid. Often the cost of shipping exceeds the value of the record. There was a time when we could ship a record to another country for just a few dollars. Those days are gone forever.

Almost forgot: No-questions-asked return policy, or price adjustment, or credit on next purchase, or whatever else is fair, should I substantially over-describe or misdescribe something.
