George Harrison - All Things Must Pass - 1st Pressing vinyl 3 LP boxed set (STCH-639)
This is an original 1st pressing three vinyl LP boxed set on the Apple label in excellent/near mint condition.
The three vinyl disks have the correct first pressing label and runout codes:
Disk 1 label code STCH 1-639 Side 1: YEX 817-1U Side 2: YEX 818-1U
Disk 2 label code STCH 2-639 Side 3: YEX 819-1U Side 4: YEX 820-1U
Disk 3 label code STCH 3-639 Side 5: YEX 821-1U Side 6: YEX 822-1U
All disks are in near mint condition. They may never actually have been played as the boxed set was presented to a relative who worked for EMI (who pressed records for Apple) but whose musical taste was more Shirley Bassey, Ned Miller and Pepe Jaramillo than George Harrison.
The inner sleeves are in near mint condition with the exception of a small 1cm split in the top left-hand edge of the Disk 2 sleeve. All sleeves are appropriately marked "Printed in USA" in a small circle in the lower right-hand corner.
The poster is included and is in mint condition. It was only taken out of the box to take the photo for this posting
The box is in excellent condition and has the orange printed inner which is in perfect condition and is marked "Made and Printed in Great Britain". The box even has its original cardboard packing piece in place at the back of the box. The cover picture is in excellent condition with only a 3mm brown spot in the top left-hand corner. The gold lettering on the box spine is perfect and the box edges show no signs of wear.
This boxed set has spent the last 50 years in a closed cupboard. It is in exceptional condition. If you are looking for the best original copy of George's first solo album - this is it.
