George Harrison – All Things Must Pass, 3 LP set, UK first pressing, EMI/Apple Records. STCH 639. An excellent example of this highly sought-after set, comprising 3 vinyl LP's, all in very to good to excellent original condition. No poster is included with the set. Vinyl records are glossy with little more than a blemish here and there as a result of storage; no scratches, just superficial marks. Records could do with a professional clean to make perfect. Inner sleeves for each are all present and in good shape with only minimal creasing and wear to top edges. Box is in good shape, but does show signs of use, with a small amount of splitting across the top seam of the outer lid, as shown, edges are slightly bowing outwards, and the front image is browning, with small stains and marks from use and/or storage. Box spine title is still good with clear, legible gold lettering. Inner orange box detailing is fine, with no wear or visible staining. This comprehensive LP set is a masterpiece and arguably considered to be George's best. A must-have for any Beatles or George Harrison fan.
Vinyl: Conservatively graded as very good to excellent. Only light scratches which do not run in the direction of the playing grooves, and only some light marks which do not affect play. No warping. A professional cleaning is recommended to improve and enhance the sound quality.
Sleeve: Very good to excellent. Some splitting to the box edges and openings commensurate with age; some staining and browning to the artwork. Spine and box interior is excellent condition. All paper inner sleeves are slightly worn.
