 There was only ONE pressing of this album with this cover, so there's no guesswork about what's inside, it's the black & silver 2-box EMI Parlophone label 1st pressing from 1976.

Still Sealed

Most UK albums from this era were not sealed, unless they were sealed by the retailer.  This one still has its original price “IMPORTED – ENGLAND” Union Jack hype sticker on the front.

A Parlophone ~ Apple ~ EMI project with all tracks sourced directly from the original master tapes at Abbey Road studio, meaning…

NO attempt to “re-Master” or “Re-Mix” or “digitize” anything, just the original first pressing master mix as George Harrison approved and intended it to be heard.

Condition of Sealed Cover: 

(Near Mint) No seam splits, no edge wear, no ring-wear, no bumped corners, a super example, like a time capsule.  Comes with the "Imported - England" Union Jack sticker on the front shrink-wrap.

Note: bottom RH corner of rear cover states, “7611 TM Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd.”, the 7611 meaning 1976, November.

Condition of Vinyl Record:

Sealed, factory new.

Always stored properly in an outer plastic protective cover, very rare to find sealed UK first pressing of this highly desirable George Harrison / Beatles album… 

37 years old now…

…this album was only released once on the black and silver Parlophone label, the later reissue was on another label with a completely different cover photo, making this a first UK pressing by definition. 

What makes this record special, besides being a sealed UK 1st issue Beatles-related record, is that the music here is from the original Beatles and solo George Harrison analog master tapes, on UK vinyl, resulting in sound quality true to the original 1960s Beatles Lp’s.  Much better than modern Digital versions of this music, and much better sound quality than U.S. pressings of this same music sourced from copy tapes. This mint sealed example is a great find.

Packaging:

The sealed album will be placed inside another clear poly outer protective album cover, then sandwiched between two cardboard stiffener pads (cut larger than album-size) which are then carefully taped together.  This ensures that the stiffener pads prevent corner dings, and to prevent seam splits to the cover during transit.  I have used this method for many years to practically eliminate seam splits on sealed LPs.

The album is then packaged in a regular record LP mailer box with cardboard stiffeners and sealed.

Weight Limit of 4 Lbs. for International First Class Mail:  Please note that First Class International shipping has a 4 Lb. weight limit.  If your combined purchase is over the four pound weight limit we will have to either use two separate packages or choose Priority Mail International.  In either event, the choice will be yours, I will calculate your combined shipping costs and send you a new Invoice if necessary.

Insurance and Tracking:

Insurance and Tracking with every package, you should automatically receive your Tracking Number by email when the Shipping Label is printed.
