Vinyl Condition - Both Sides = Presumed MINT as the record is SEALED
Cover Condition - VG+ No Cut Out, Textured NON die cut cover with the embossed area of front cover, 3/4 inch split in shrink at top right corner with small tear in shrink on back side of this corner (SEE CLOSE UP PHOTOS), 1/2 inch split in shrink middle right edge (SEE PHOTOS) tiny crease at lower right corner (SEE PHOTOS), tips of the two left corners poking through shrink (SEE PHOTOS), Otherwise only very minor shelf wear
