I believe this to be sealed, however as seen in pics the plastic covering has split at seems on left side of album. If someone pulled this out and put back it would be beyond tough. So. If this item, once you take the plastic off has indeed been opened before (highly doubt) will give you a $10.00 refund or toward another item which ever suits you best. I am 99.9 this is sealed but want to be transparent that I am not 100%.or you can return for full refund.
