Description
The very first post breakup major tour by any of the Ex-Beatles fell on George Harrison’s shoulders and nearly made him crumble. With a top notch backup band he hit the road in what was then referred to as The Dark “Hoarse” Tour.
As no live album ever made it out this 12” piece of vinyl helped to fill that need as the only historical “record” of that faithful tour. Still a very interesting listen as he does preform John’s “In My Life” (albeit changing some of the lyrics) along with a few other Beatle classics. E.C. plays his parts on “While My Guitar Gently Weeps” and an energizing Billy Preston is solid on the keys.
Condition of the vinyl is nice and shiny with next to no marks.
The cover is the usual plain white with the mimeographed sheet of the day tucked in front.
A true Beatle relic from that forgotten period of MR. Harrison’s early career.
