George Harrison 'Wonderwall Music'.Original UK dark Apple label stereo press LP.
This is the second label variant with the 1st press SAPCOR-1A matrices, but without the 'Sold In The UK...' on the label & the large P.1968 credit, issued between July 1969 and September 1970! Wonderwall Music was the debut solo album by George Harrison and the soundtrack to the 1968 film Wonderwall directed by Joe Massot. It was released in November 1968 and was the first solo album by a member of The Beatles and the first album issued on the band's new Apple record label. The songs are all instrumental pieces, except for occasional non-English language vocals, and mostly comprise short musical vignettes.
The fully laminated sleeve is intact & in EX+ condition, with some very light laminate wear on the front cover and some light rubbing around the corners. The spine is intact and fully readable, the plain black Apple inner and lyric sheet are intact & in EX+ condition.
All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund of original price & postage on return of the record (no partial refunds), no quibbles, no problems!! All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide. All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!! UK Signed For Postage is £4.50 for the first LP & is the same for up to four single LP's or two double LP's or more up to 2 KG!,
