DESCRIPTION: Up for auction is a beautiful Copy GEORGE JONES - COUNTRY CHURCH TIME 1959 MERCURY RECORDS MG-20462 MONO. On page #662 of Goldmine's 8th Edition of the Standard Catalog of American Records 1950-1990 lists this record for $200.00 in NM.

SLEEVE CONDITION:
In my opinion the sleeve is VG+/EX it does not contain it's original inner sleeve. The cover is colorful and bright with great eye appeal. The spine is clean and there are no seam splits present. There is no ring wear. The corners are sharp except the upper right which has some rounding and a little shelf wear.
The back of the sleeve is nice. The song list and liner notes are bright and easy to read, no ring wear.

VINYL CONDITION:
 The record has bright luster no visible scratches or scuffing. I played this in my vintage system and it sounded beautiful very warm. Noise levels where quiet no loud popping or cracking. My Marantz speakers love spinning this record. I would say easily VG+/EX if. The record label is clean and free of marks

I have been collecting records for 10 years and really enjoy playing them. I use a vintage Marantz system to play all my vinyl. All records are play graded I do not sell records I have not played. I am far from an expert at grading records since the quality of stereo equipment used makes such a difference in sound quality and of course grading anything is very subjective we all have our opinions on this subject. I try to follow Goldmine's standards since they are the best in the Industry right now.
