Description

 This item is a rare album released in 1957 on Mercury Records by George Jones and others entitled ‘Hillbilly Hit Parade’. Record label and number is Mercury Records MG 20282. Album also features songs by George Jones with Benny Barnes and Jeanette Hicks. Other artists on the album include James O’Gwynn, Leon Payne and Earl Aycock. Record itself is in strong VG+ condition with a couple of light hairline marks and some rub marks that can be seen when the record is held under a strong light. Record still has great gloss and shine. Record labels have minor spindle wear. Record cover is also in great condition with some light wear and some thin scuff marks that can be seen when the cover is held under a strong light. Considering the fact that the record and cover are 54 years old this LP is in very nice condition! See photos for song titles.
