For the very similar Carrollton pressing with only symbols on the front LP jacket, but containing Vlado Meller's lacquer cutting signature in the runout, use George Michael - Faith. For the Carrollton pressing with "Faith George Michael" in plain text on the front LP jacket, see George Michael - Faith.This has C 40867 on labels and no "MADE IN U.S.A." at bottom of labels. Faith has 40867 and "MADE IN U.S.A."
Catalog number appears with an "OC" prefix on the spine but just a "C" prefix on labels.

This release comes with an inner sleeve and a separate 12 in. x 12 in. poster with George Michael's face on one side and lyrics on the other.
