- All of our used records are play-graded and come in a protective outer-sleeve.
CONDITION DETAILS Vinyl plays nicely (play-graded). Cover looks great; a few creases near edges; light-scuffing and surface impressions (front/back); tiny surface abrasions near top-center and writing near top-left on front. Inner-sleeve is original (generic white). Spine is easy-to-read (text is crooked) with mild-wear. Minor shelf-wear along top-edge, heavier wear along bottom-edge and corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and a few divots. RCA Club pressing. (Not a cut-out.)
ABOUT THE RECORD Ocean Front Property was certified Double Multi-platinum by the RIAA. It is the first album to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard Top Country Albums Chart. It also gave George Strait three No. 1 country singles (All My Ex's Live in Texas, Am I Blue, and the title song). It was ranked No. 5 on CMT's list of 40 Greatest Albums in Country Music in 2006.
