Description

Up for auction is a rare original 1955 mono pressing of George Wallington Quintet ‘At The Bohemia’ on Progressive Records PLP 1001. This is a rare one so bid accordingly.

 

Record info:

Side 1 is VG- with two deep scratches that cause noticeable ticks on tracks 1 & 3, however it does not skip and plays through fine on my turntable. Side 2 is a much better VG+ and plays great with just some surface noise.

Cover info:

VG+ with minor wear on the corners, a small library style numbered sticker on front left corner, a name stamped on back corner by previous owner, and some noticeable age staining on the back.

Label / Pressing info:

1955 deep groove press with RVG initials on both sides in the dead wax.

Although I have not sold on Ebay for a while I have a 100% feedback rates for all my past listings. I also have 100% feedback on Discogs, Musicstack, Gemm & Amazon. Buy with confidence. I grade conservatively. I’ve been selling vinyl since 1976. All records are cleaned with a VPI professional record cleaner and are shipped with records outside the covers to avoid seam damage.

Shipping for US customers is $4 for media mail or $10 for Priority mail. For high value items I would recommend adding insurance.

International shipping will be $18. I reserve the right to request registered or courier mail for high value items and to some countries (Italy, Brazil, Russia) due to the unreliability of their postal services.
