Hi, my name is Tommy and I’ve been collecting records for many, many years now. I’ve taken the hard decision to sell off some of my collection due to it being to large and taking up too much room. So please look at my other listings, regrettable they’ve got to go. All my records are stored in protective plastic sleeves, standing upright with no pressure on them. Will be listing many more over the next few months..:(
Listed here is a RARE album by Georgie Fame titled Sweet Things. This is a UK 1st Original Pressing on Columbia SX 6043. This Mono copy is pressed on the very collectable Black and Blue Columbia label. This record is even RARER due to the fact that is in great condition. Has the KT tax code on second side of the label, and ‘sold in UK...’ statement on the labels. Also has the early matrix numbers.
Matrix numbers: XAX 3068 -1 / XAX 3069-1
RECORD - Both sides of the album are in EX condition. Tiny amount of minor/light background noise/static, which is only really noticeable on the run-in’s and between the tracks, even then barely noticeable. NO skips, NO Jumps, few light pops, couple of hairline scratches, that don’t affect the play apart from one tiny one to side 2, cause a few very light clicks. These are very light and sound more like static and don’t last for long.
SLEEVE - The sleeve is in Near Mint condition. NO spine wear, NO edge wear, NO rips, NO Tears, NO splits. NO ring wear, NO Writing. Tiniest amount of creasing, NO marks or pen names.
Original Inner EX condition, and Labels EX condition. Tiny amount of spindle marks. NO Writing or Pen marks.
(note: never grade Mint as I believe once it’s been played, even just once it’s no longer Mint)
