Why buy classical LP's here? First, all LP's (and 45's or CD's) added to order after first one ship free to U.S. buyers (Media rate shipping only.) Second, I list only top-of-the-line items. If I say Near Mint, that means they look clean and unplayed unless I specify differently. Third, although I obviously can't play every LP I sell, I do put each one briefly on the turntable to eliminate any deceptively clean-looking but crackly pressings. And fourth, I'll be listing over 1,000 classical LP's this year from a stash of long-stored mint collections. Buy with confidence! All items fully guaranteed against invisible audio defects.
This is Szell on the original Columbia issue. Cover has some very tiny wear spots at the corners and some light aging. It's otherwise nice with no seam splits. Record is Near Mint except for the following: there is one very tiny scratch at the end of the first song & beginning of the second which causes a few tiny pops (not that noticeable). This record actually comes from an unplayed distributor stash but the inner sleeve was somewhat mangled (causing a few light sleeve marks) and the tiny scratch probably happened during packaging. The record is otherwise clean and new looking. (Please see extra pictures above for labels and back cover). Grading as follows: Near Mint=Clean/Looks Unplayed. VG++=Slight Wear/Close to Near Mint. VG+=Mild Wear/Nothing Serious. VG=Noticeable Scuffs and/or Scratches but Still Enjoyable.
