Description

An original 1968 mono 1st press of London. 1B/2B - 1st cut. Stampers 1I/1K - placing this copy amongst the 1st few thousand ever produced. Great provenance. Super heavy pressing...must be 160-170 grams. Note the Decca deep groove is still present on the labels - as you would expect on a 1st. The vinyl comes housed in an original an cover. We also have the original Decca poly-line inner sleeve dated to 1968. so, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Vg+/Ex) In lovely condition and has only seen relatively light use. Under close inspection there a few light arks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a VERYGOOD+ level of playback on side 1. Side 2 has seen a bit less use and is up around EXCELLENT. When on song this copy is more than capable of dishing out some pretty terrific audio. Don't expect it to play clean in all areas. I think side 1 has seen a touch more use so expect a bit of light static in the odd place. Still very enjoyable - but just not quite as clean as side 2. There's very little to pick fault with on side 2. Great audio minimal background. Bangin'
Cover (Ex-) In lovely condition with a beautiful shiny front with zero signs of light fading. The rear of this title often ages, but on this example it seems to have largely avoided the process. A bit of light edge wear, but the spine is 100% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Ex) Hardly any ageing. No splits.
