Ghost Rats single picture disc that was a Loma Vista promo. New and unplayed. Sleeve has some creasing as pictured. Slight creasing on sticker as well. Has not been removed from the sleeve. This record does have a been/warp to it as that is how they were produced from all the copies I have seen
