The product is a rare 1996 first pressing 12" vinyl single by the Ghost Town DJ's, titled "My Boo."


The record looks clean.  It plays nicely.  No skips.  There are crackles and ticks throughout, but pretty standard for a 90's press that has been played and well loved.
