Description
This is the 1954 Blue Note release JAZZTIME PARIS by the Gigi Gryce/Clifford Brown Sextet. It is a ten inch vinyl l.p., ten inches being a particularly valuable jazz format. The lengthy songs on this release are: "Baby," "Minority," "Salute the Band Box," and "Strictly Romantic."
CONDITION: The vinyl itself I would rate NEAR MINT. Play-grading showed no signs of wear. There are no visual signs of play, and the label is perfect. The cover I would rate VERY GOOD. It is in good shape except for the dark blemishes where the record was kept. These are visible in my photo. The back has the #4 written in pencil.
Goldmine Collector's Guide cites this release as being worth $400 near mint. Considering the dark spots on the cover, I would knock it down to very good, making it worth about the quarter of the near mint value at $100. I'm asking for half of that at $50.
