Description
Original deep-groove pressing of Gigi Gryce "Saying Somethin'" on the purple labels of New Jazz NJLP 8230. The playing surface is immaculate – bright, and clean with a high luster – and appears to be unplayed, though a spindle trail on each side suggests it has been played perhaps once or twice. Similarly, the laminated cover is bright and clean throughout: just a hint of rubbing at the bottom corners; 3/8" lamination crack at the opening, just below the top seam.
Personnel includes Richard Williams, Richard Wyands and Reggie Workman.
