    ARTIST: GIL EVANS TITLE: Gil Evans And 10 DESCRIPTION: GIL EVANS Gil Evans And Ten (Rare Debut 1957 UK 7-track mono LP on Esquire with RVG machine stamped in the run-out recorded that year by Rudy Van Gelder in his studio in Hackensack New Jersey. This is an immensely enjoyable session performed with the likes of Steve Lacy Lee Konitz PaulChambers & Jo Jones & comes housed in a superb flipback picture sleeve with a Steadman design entirely unique to this British release. The sleeve [VG+] does show a few areas of laminate peel on the back & some ring wear forgiveable with
age. The vinyl has a deep sheen both sides & grades Excellent with
few signs of play)
