Description
GIL MELLE - GIL'S GUESTS, Prestige LP 7063, deep groove pressing, RVG in dead wax, 447 West 50th Street on jacket, 446 West 50th St on labels.
The musicians on this 1956 recording are Gil Melle (baritone sax), Art Farmer, Kenny Dorham (trumpet), Julius Watkins (french horn), Hal McKusick (alto sax, flute), Don Butterfield (tuba), Joe Cinderella (guitar), Vinnie Burke (bass), Ed Thigpen (drums).
The tunes are Block Island, Tomorrow, Soudan, Still Life, Sixpence, Ghengis.
Condition of record is E, no scuffs, no scratches, no spindle marks. Jacket shows slight overall wear, tape repair along bottom seam, name written on back in 1/4 inch letters.

F = More severe damage, distracting surface noise. Only used in incidence of extreme rarity.
P = Poor condition, proves existence of record only.

Shipments are made on Saturday and Tuesday mornings. Records which have been paid for by 3:00 PM on the day before will be shipped on those days.
