"446 W. 50th St., N.Y.C."  label, deep groove both sides.  "RVG" in the runout both sides.  "446 West 50th Street, New York 19, N.Y." address on back cover. No writing on spine.  

 Record looks and plays VG++ to M-. Most of the record plays M-.  There's two or three very light scuffs on each side. No scratches or heavy scuffing. Grooves look glossy bright and unworn.  Record plays very well. A very clean copy.     

 Cover is  VG+.

 Front cover has moderate to heavy wear but still has some shine. Back cover has also has moderate to heavy wear. Top seam is not split.  It is tight, intact and only lightly worn.   Bottom seam has spots of heavy wear and missing chips of cover slick. It is also heavily worn and split 1 inch at the pocket and untaped.  Spine is not split.  It's tight and intact with small spot of heavy wear at the bottom.

 My highest grade is M- and I rarely grade 50s or 60s records M-. Records are graded visually using the Goldmine system. M-, VG++, VG+, VG, VG- etc. I play grade any potential problem areas.  I attempt to grade conservatively, listing all significant flaws. You will be satisfied.  No hassles.
