Black and white label and shallow groove both sides. "463 West Street, N.Y., N.Y." address on back.
The record looks and plays VG++. No scuffs and no scratches. Grooves do not show wear.
The foldout cover is VG+.
The front cover has moderate wear with hint of ring wear and denting at bottom of corners. The back cover has moderate wear with denting on bottom corners and an app. 2 inch tight rip about halfway down at the pocket. Bottom seam of record pocket is split and untaped app 1/2 inch. Other seams are not split. Spots of heavy wear at all the corners. Spine is readable.
