Description
Original UK red Polydor label 1st press LP, with the earliest 1-1-2 stampers! The E.J. Day Group matt gatefold sleeve is intact & in EX condition, with some very light corner/edge wear on the outer cover and light creasing on the inner cover. The spine is intact and fully readable, the lyric inner & plain inner are intact & in EX condition. The record is in visually EX+ condition, with only a couple of faint sleeve removal hairlines visible on each side. The labels are in EX+ condition, clean & bright with evidence of only one or two very faint spindle markings! The sound reproduction is EX+, still clear & precise throughout with no loud hiss, pops or crackle & definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some very brief low background noise during the run in grooves, overall a really great loud & punchy listen!! The matrix nos. are; 2383029, A//3-420 stamper 1-1-2, B//2-420, stamper 1-1-2. This is one of the very earliest copies of the 1st pressing of the original 1970 UK stereo issue of this album!!All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund of original price & postage on return of the record (no partial refunds), no quibbles, no problems!! All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide. All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!! UK Signed For Postage is £4.50 for the first LP & is the same for up to four single LP's or two double LP's or more up to 2 KG!,
